E–Commerce Prices

Paypal

Adding a small number of Buy–Now buttons to a standard website would add almost nothing to the cost of the website, which is typically between £200 and £500.

Shopping Carts

Websites incorporating shopping cart software start at around £600 and can go beyond £3,000, although a typical e–commerce website will generally cost between £800 and £1,700.

What Affects the Price?

Several factors have an effect on the price, including:

  • The number of products;
  • The number of departments into which those products are organised;
  • The amount of work required to get the product information and images into a useable form;
  • Whether any specialised features, such as the incorporation of accounting software, are required.

Deposit

We normally ask for a deposit of 50% of the fee in advance, with the balance to be paid once your website is up and running and you are fully satisfied with it.
