Unique Website Designs
All Lab 99 unique websites are hand–made to our clients’ requirements.
The price will reflect the amount of work involved. As a general guide:

Basic Websites:
A one– or two–page website explaining who you are and what you do, and including a contact form if desired, would cost in the region of £100;

Standard Websites:
A typical small business website containing detailed descriptions of products and services, again including a contact form, would normally cost between £200 and £500.
Other Factors
Some of the factors that will affect the price are:
- The amount of material to be included in the website, and the complexity of the structure;
- The style of design — the simpler the design, the less time it will take to create and the cheaper it will be;
- Whether you wish to be able to update the website yourself — if so, your website would need to incorporate a content management system, unless you are familiar with HTML;
- Whether any specialised software needs to be purchased;
- Whether any photographs require manipulation to make them suitable for the website.
What You Pay For
Unlike some web designers, we do not charge by the page. Of course, the number of pages is a factor, but the cost of a Lab 99 website will simply reflect the amount of work involved, which has as much to do with creating the design as with the number of pages the website contains.

Deposit
We normally ask for a deposit of 50% of the fee in advance, with the balance to be paid once your website is up and running and you are fully satisfied with it.
Optional Extras
You can have almost any feature you like incorporated into your Lab 99 website, including:
- a slideshow photo gallery (such as the one on our Examples page);
- a static photo gallery;
- an online contact form;
- online shopping functions;
- a content management system, so that you can update your website yourself.
